I changed mine around December Last Year and it’s still the same PfP, it’s like I purchased an item from overseas

Have you tried logging out of the Halo Waypoint website and the forum (they’re separate logins). Oh, and the Halo Support site if you’re logged in there (that one seems to be a separate login from the others as well).

Your forum profile pic will refresh from your gamertag picture when you login (after logging out), it’ll take 15-30 seconds for it to update and cache so after logging back in wait a minute then refresh and you’ll see it.
Side note… transparent PNGs don’t seem to do so well on here…
