So, December is to early to announce anything yet for Reach?

Why are people claiming December is way to early to announce anything for Halo 4? In December of '09, we got the Halo Reach intro which was pretty awesome. I just want to know why some people think December is too early? What do you want to find out the details right before it launches? I think December VGA’s would be a great time to show a trailer.

I guess people want that element of mystery and whatnot since it is a new enemy and setting. I suggest to these people to just go dark.

Yes I agree. I just want it all ahah

Why did you create a new thread about this instead of keeping it in the old thread…?

Anyways, it just seems early. E3 is a much, much more popular event that gets larger media coverage than the VGA’s. December is still a year away from the Halo 4 release, and we don’t even have a release date for Halo 4, nor do I think we’ll get one before this December. When Reach was shown at the VGA’s, we all at least knew it was coming out in September.

Halo 4 was announced at E3, it just feels like the right time to shown more information for it is at next year’s E3. Also, the VGA’s are close to the CE:A release, and announcing anything about Halo 4 might tarnish the hype over CE:A.

So pretty much you’re saying let CEA Have the spotlight? I agree yet Halo 4 honestly is much bigger IMO. And well I would have been ignored. I mean if you want to wait till E3 thats 10 months away. A good long time

CE:A should have the spotlight for longer than a month, for sure. For as long as possible, actually. You’re right, Halo 4 is more popular, but, like I said, it just seems too early for me.

I hope the do announce something Halo 4 related soon though!
