I heard that aside from Torque and Assault (how do they look btw) they also showed off some Forge stuff? The CE pistol? Did they reveal the release date? Can someone give me a hand here, I can’t watch it atm.
Summary:
CE pistol confirmed for launch this month. It’s a one use weapon in Warzone but can also be placed in forge
New forge skyboxes, but that’s about it in terms of forge
Fiesta confirmed to launch with gameplay shown on-stream
Torque is extremely pleasing visually and is a bit more wide-open, apart from that I can’t judge it till I play it
Grifball gameplay shown. Looks as good as ever
Assualt gameplay shown. Looks as good as ever. (One thing to note is that ball carriers can’t sprint [also note base speed for carrier is sped up a tiny bit] but can thrust twice)

Two new assassinations (ultra rare and legendary)
In terms of release date: apparently they are ahead of schedule so the update should launch before this weekend.
Another thing to note is that there is supposedly some other big announcement coming soon, but I have no idea what it could be
Also more toys and the halo warthog in rocket league if your into those things
The teaser also shows off a new Warzone map that looks super pretty, an interesting-looking armour set and a new Mantis variant that seems to shoot lasers or gauss rounds.

I also heard there are pelicans in Forge as eye candy. The March Warzone map does look good, though I hope it isn’t the only new map in the update. My guess is that the Mantis is a Rail Gun Mantis.

I doubt that 343 would make Avalanche just so that they could put a griffball arean in it.

What do you mean by increased vehicle knockback? as in shooting the hog will slow it down or something like that?

Sounds like if you melee a vehicle it will make it flip or knock it back a considerable amount, but not sure.

I think it’s going to work off of hammer mechanics and send things flying! Should be awesome. Can’t wait to go invisible and sent spawn camping tanks flying!

I really doubt it’ll have enough force to send tracks flying. For tanks it will probably just move them a bit.

Pelican as eye candy only… I am sad for I still want to fly them about if only for Custom/Forge T_T
