Halag 5.
LAg was bad earlier today. Not sure what the issue is but they need to do something with halo’s servers. I don’t have this issue with other games nearly as often as I do Halo 5.

Game is totally broken at the moment, all sorts of teleporting and rubber banding going on tonight. It’s been worse since the update, getting random lag spikes throughout the game.
Halo 5 has dedicated servers so if there’s lag its probably because of you.

Good effort, but that’s not the case.
With region lock being removed, game connections in general have gone to -Yoink-. Even those of us who haven’t had a single lag or disconnect issue since launch are finding the game damn near unplayable now.

Incorrect. Halo 5 has dedicated servers in certain locations around the world. If you don’t connect to the server location closest to you - you have decent chance to lag unless the 2nd closest server location isn’t that far, it’s that simple. There are only so many connections available per server locations - people get bumped. A dedicated server just means that no person has host advantage - not that all lag is gone for people who have good connections - it’s all about location and ISP infrastructure.

Oh if you only knew what REAL dedicated servers are. Not what Halo and Cod tote around as dedicated servers.
Anyways, yes I’ve been lagging a lot lately too.

Lag city here for me tonight as well. I thought moon walking went out in the 80s?? LOL. I cant even believe the lag I was getting. To make matters worse some nut job decided to run his car into a pole outside my house. Of course it would have to be the pole that feeds my internet. Now that’s out for me. No more Halo tonight. Now im on Verizon wireless passing the time until its fixed! Double whammy! =(
Haha, lag is annoying sometimes but funny once in a while. I just have sound issues in menu after playing Skirmish.
