SO, After the first flight has gone and passed.

I still do not have the key to get access to the flight. Received the email on the 22nd no code whatsoever. email access denied. Reset my cookies. Used incognito mode. Looked in every nook and cranny of this website, nothing. I can’t even find the insider support forms. I did write a support ticket but got a response after the flight was over stating that I posted a ticket in the wrong section of the site, so they closed it. I just do not know what to do. I had applied for the flight back in JUNE. No idea why it’s happening.

When it told me to check my waypoint messages I couldn’t find it either, but the steam code was in the “My Flights” section of my Insider Profile here:
