They have probably the best legal team in the world. All purchases are marked “no refunds”. They have given you your content.
You will spend much more on the lawyer than the $25 dollars for the season pass.
There are other ways to solve it.
But, you know what, go for it. Phenomenal idea. Get two lawyers to double your chances.

I know, everytime i visit this forum, i feel that i lose brain cells.
An attorney would laugh then probably walk away from you if you tried to take something valued at $10 to court.
The attorney is a friend and a halo 4 LE OWNER so yeah he is pissed
So you want to get your money back and then give that money plus whatever else to your attorney as payment. Sounds like a great plan.

You sue them for 50k (reasonable i guess)
Microsoft doesn’t wanna deal with it so they pay you off and send you on your way.
It works everytime unless it is in the millions where the company will not give into the case.
I personally wont go that far but at the end of the day LE and Map pass buyers did get screwed over.
Everyone has the right to their own opinion. OP could always hire an attorney on contingency and file a small claim lawsuit against MS. If he were to sue in a group, the better.
