Are you serious? Xbox Support seriously said this? I am an LE owner and after seeing this I expect some kind of friggen compensation or for the people who downloaded it for free have their content locked until they pay up. Ridiculous that MS would allow people to take this stuff because they f’ed up and not considering the people that paid extra. 343i, you are just as responsible for this as it is your content and your game, you need to do something about it instead of sitting there with your thumbs up your -Yoinks!-. I enjoy this game immensely, but this is insanity. I hope BS Angel gets a look at this.

So it’s obvious that you were not able to convince your mother to give you another 40 bucks, it’s ok kid. Us hard working people have a reasonable excuse to complain about this. Yes it’s a glitch, but MS is basically saying it’s ok to take it for free if you can, which is -Yoink-. I expect 800 points in my account sometime soon.
People wanted compensation for it being late, they gave some downloads out for free.

People that do not have LE or the pass have been getting it for free due to a glitch and MS is saying it’s ok to download it, disregarding the wallets of the people who paid extra money to get this content.
I seriously paid for 100 dollars for a Halo 4 Limited Edition that now doesn’t give me advantages. This is just insane. Here’s what I am thinking about right now at this very moment:
Non-LE players: lol -Yoinks!- microsoft gave us all the things for FREE
LE players: wtf microsoft?!?!?!11

I stopped reading at kid but I paid for the season pass and have zero problem with people downloading the crimson map pack for free. Why should you? Get over it, it happened.
I agree with the OP. as one who baught the LE, which included the map pass, I want my money back for the Crimson map pack.

Late? Late? It was on the Marketplace at 2 in the morning my friend. Giving it out for free is not reasonable when the entire Halo 4 population has gotten it for free. And you bought LE? I’m surprised you aren’t mad for getting that Map Pass for nothing now.
Oh dear god do you kids not even know the difference between theft and free content? It doesnt matter what the price is INTENDED to be, the only thing that matters is the marked price on the product. If that says zero cost, its free its not theft regardless of its a pricing error or not. It is the exact same thing as someone getting a TV online for £1.99 due to a decimal point out of place.

And you apparently can’t tell the difference between free and a glitch. This free content stuff is a glitch, and MS is letting it happen without compensating the people who paid extra for the LE or locking the content of everyone who got it for free until they pay for it like they are supposed to.

If by a few you mean several thousand. Most of the H4 population at this point has it. What are they gonna do about it? They have some work to do.
So i paid extra for nothing…this is ridiculous hopefully for the people who actually got LE we get something in return for spending extra cash for nothing…the main reason i got LE was for the map pass
