Are they actually sending those things out, or what, I have a few people one my friends list that are all at 70, and none of them have recieved this so called code, and I am nearing 70, at 68 now…how hard would it be to send out mass emails with randomly generated numbers???

I’d bet anything that no one has got one or gets one tomorrow
Some say they are going down a list alphabetically to see who gets the codes and send them all at once, also codes should be sent by Dec. 1st but that’s just the forum rumors. I f the rumor is false we will have to wait till after Xmas.
I don’t even get why there are codes in the first place for people who didn’t get the LE. After the 30th, the cap should just be removed for everyone.
All this has done is make them lose players! I doubt many people will play knowing the XP wont count, Ive been 70 for 2 weeks and haven’t heard a thing!
Aha, I actually created a thread on this exact topic several days ago. Many people are also undergoing your current predicament and the subject has seemed to lead to various flame wars.
Anyways, if you purchased the standard edition (which I assume you did as you are also stuck at level 70)and you played before the 20th of November you should receive an email from 343i/Xbox that contains a code to unlock the 6 remaining specializations.
There’s been alot of confusion over this subject but apparently you’ll get this email on the 30th of November OR the 1st of December - no one knows for sure.

Yeah, this has helped clarify a little, still these level caps are ridiculous, there is no reason for them what so ever. NO other game does this…
