2 achievements have been revealed about ranks. First is to reach SR-5 the other is to reach SR-20. Any thoughts on what ‘SR’ or the number next to it could mean. If I remember correctly in the E3 build there was a rank calles A-7, but was dismissed as a placeholder.
Spartan rank? Skill rank? Those are the theories I’ve heard floating around.

Well there are 50 ranks, and I would hope it didn’t just run from SR-1 to SR-50, but my best guess is that it simply stands for ‘spartan rank’, and that each rank has it’s own normal military name like ‘gunnery seargent’. The SR should be at the side to help show exactly how far through the ranks you are, but not be the actual title of each rank (that would be boring).

I skipped that part, but it’s okay. These two achievements weren’t that special or whatever anyway. =)
Maybe its “Specialization Rank”.
SR-20 means lvl 10 in your 2nd Specialization. I don’t know.

No Specialization is already confirmed many times to be on 1-10 and thats after you hit max Level 50 and pick a Specialization but yeah its Spartan Rank.
