70% of voters chose snipers over ffa rockets and strongholds, both horrible modes imo. I loved shotty snipes because of sniper starts, and I hope this becomes a permanent mode. What did you vote for?

I like you want more objective modes. Out of these playlists though I would pick snipers for two reasons.
Reason 1 is that rumble rockets is a dumb crappy game type and should only ever be social.
Reason 2 is I can already play Stronghold it doesn’t need it’s own seperate playlist.
I want 343 to add an objective playlist which includes only CTF, Strongholds, Assault, One Flag, One Bomb, Oddball, KOTH maybe also Neutral Flag/Bomb if maps are made to cater and suit these game types such as Sanctuary from Halo 2. If 343 choose to add any of the bold separately I will vote for them to show my love for them so hopefully they get added. My personal preference though is for all of these to be included in one objective playlist.

ty I voted for snipers. I am the worst sniper ever, but it is still fun to jump into once in a while. I also feel it should be a permanent playlist.

I thought for sure they said the playlist that gets voted the most will become a permanent ranked playlist. They are also probably monitoring the activity in those playlists to justify if they should be permanent.

It’s implied that it has to win multiple weeks - which is flawed. As a community - people are going to choose things they can’t currently play - not necessarily what they would like to be available all the time. Thing is I bet at least half the community never even bothered to read about them adding playlists permanently and just vote when they want to - not to mention it’s on the forums instead of on the main menu in game (most of the people I know who aren’t die hard fans - aren’t going to go to website just to vote for something).
Voted strongholds, bunch of bad playlists IMO, oh well. Snipers was kind of fun back in the day but hate how large this hit box is. Whatever wins, I’m sure I will play 2-4 matches and then be done with it.

Oh you bring up a valid point. I also thought it was team snipers so I voted for it. If it is FFA snipers, that would not be fun. I am focusing on voting for “team” playlists now.
Someone brought a valid point. It is not listed as FFA snipers. So it is very likely to be team snipers.
