To be honest I have no clue how to help you. I think it just takes practice or it’s a natural ability.
My sensitivity is 4.5 for vertical and horizontal and I have 188 Airborne Snapshots and 538 Snapshots, so maybe try using a sensitivity around there.

Its really just about getting used to it. I would say grab a friend and head into a custom game like octagon and just practice flicking to the head. Its definitely harder now though after the update.
