If you take notice there are 2 Key things i outlined in colors. In Blue i outlined the Motion Sensor, and in Red I outlined the PTS tracker.
In previous Halo titles one was unable to see the Motion Tracker when Scoped with the Sniper or any other ranged weapon. Outlined in Blue you can see the Presence of the Motion Tracker which means the possibility of still seeing the Motion Tracker while scoped.
The other Feature which was the PTS Tracker i have 1 theory about. I believe that in Pts Based slayer matches or any other type of match that allows players get points by Style killing the Sniper will track how many points that kill will be Here are some examples of how i think it will work
Base Kill 10 pts
HeadShot Kill + 2pts
Objective Carrier Kill + 4pts
King in Regicide Kill + Bounty pts
Hill King + 2 pts
Ect.
Just my thoughts, anyone notice anything else about the sniper? Or any other weapon or info in the RvB Video please post.
PS: At the top it says Range 123456, dont know why.
Wow, i really hope we can see the HUD while scoped in in the final version of Halo 4. I never even thought of that but its such a cool idea. It makes sneaking up on snipers a little harder.

Meh. I wouldn’t like it because it removes one of the consequences of using a weapons Scope.
Im pretty sure that scope is just an alpha HUD because the range should have changed as he angled upwards on the floor. And also behind the blue shading you can also still see your current weapon, grenade, shields, motion tracker, and the scoreboard thing in the corner. Either alpha HUD or just an overlay Rooster Teeth placed over the video.
