Sniper rate of fire

Is it just me or is the rate of fire for the sniper in infinite a lot slower than past halo’s?

My exact thoughts as I was using it in the training grounds… plus with bloom on top of it yikes… my no scoping skills are suddenly in the toilet.

Also just noticed I don’t think bullets ricochet off walls and floors anymore… thats kinda trash
