Sniper Bullet Mag.

Why would you reduce the hipfire bullet mag, but leave the scoped bullet mag as it is? the scoped bullet mag is way worse than what the unscoped mag ever was… If someone scopes with a sniper, they never miss… ever. I remember back on Reach or halo 3 people used to miss easy shots all the time, because the snipers were not easy…

Well… scoping in with the Sniper to shoot someone is fundamentally a much easier shot than not scoping with it. Though I personally haven’t noticed any differences when I use the Sniper.

I haven’t really noticed any difference either.

I think the point of reducing the hipfire bullet magnetism is to encourage players to use the sniper like an actual sniper by sitting back and scoping-in rather than running around getting snapshots.

I have noticed differences in the sniper since halo 3 and reach. In halo 5 the bullet seems to magically hit the enemy in the head sometimes. At least that is how it feels.

It’s a well known fact that bullet magnetism is huge in Halo 5 - and the sniper is the easiest sniper out of all the Halo games in terms of how much magnetism it has. You are not imagining things.

I’m guessing it’s another attempt at making the game more “casual”
