INTRODUCTION
Welcome to SNIP3R Company, Spartans. This Company is like many others with one distinct difference: the Company leader and Lieutenants do not control the members of the Company. Under the SNIP3R banner, members will be held to certain standards, including but not limited to: ability to balance real world and Halo, ability for leadership, and to take up responsibility for your team.

STRUCTURE
While every member of this Company has the free will to play with any other member they choose, during Ranked playlist matches, you will be split into twenty-five teams of four. Pairings are random and are not influenced by rank or skill. As the roster grows, any member with out a team will temporarily be assigned as a backup until a team can be formed.

ACCEPTANCE AND PLACEMENT
Once a Spartan is accepted into the ranks of SNIP3R, he/she will be placed in a team that roster has not been filled by the Company leader or one of the Lieutenants. Any member that wishes to switch to another team, must have the permission of the Company leader and the team leader, as well as an open spot on their roster.

TEAM COLORS
While the Company, as a whole, does not have any official colors or emblems, there is no rule prohibiting the implementation of the practice. Each team is allowed to freely choose whether to have uniform armor colors or not.
