'Smooth Operator' unlocked, missing others

Hi, I’ve played all Spartan Ops levels on Legendary solo, and I unlocked the ‘Smooth Operator’ achievement. However, the stacked achievements (Terms Of Enlistment, Hazard Pay, Icarus) for beating all Spartan Ops levels on various difficulty levels haven’t unlocked.

I think this happened because several times I lost my connection to Xbox Live while playing.

However, I see that my progress for these achievements is at 100%, 50/50 levels completed.

What can I do to fix this issue?

Oh oops, I see that I made a mistake. I have 30/50 for each of the achievements I don’t have. I found it under Career, Halo 4 Multiplayer Achievements.

Is there a way to find out which levels I don’t have completed? If I look under Spartan Ops, it says I’ve completed every level solo Legendary.
