It was confirmed a while ago that this would happen…

I don’t think that would ever happen… who would call in ordinance when an enemy with a CQC weapon is that close? Besides I doubt you would be lucky enough to have it fall on their head when they are constantly moving

Whatever. I killed someone with a camping stool in Halo 3. No one ever got anything for that >.>

Don’t listen to him, Bad John. Just shoot him and move along…(Inside joke)
Seriously, it’s not like crazier things don’t happen on a daily basis in Halo…

And I though you were going to use the Jump pack to get a respite then shoot him, or the shield to block his weapon, or even invis and try to fool him.
Haha, epic story OP and such act described by you can not simply be the skill of the player, it’s to random, to many elements to control so it takes a higher power to make it happen. The guardians, they decided to save you/the player in their infinite wisdom and mysterious ways. But be prepared, next time you’ll request ordinance, you might end up paying
It’s possible, but they’ve said you would have to be completely oblivious of the warnings to get killed by one. I’d guess it would be either a suicide or the Guardians.
