Can anyone tell me if there will there be a ‘Smashing Punkins’ Playlist this Halloween like last year?
I thought they’ve stopped doing playlists for H4 since the MCC is almost out?

As they should. MCC comes out in less than 2 weeks. Their efforts should be focused here.

Ignorant comment Funkafuck, it doesn’t take much to make some ‘grunt’ in the office implement an already made playlist on the H4 server for a week.
MCC is pretty much just a rehash of already made elements from previous halo titles anyway, so it’s not like they’re inventing anything new. Playing it safe and giving people what they want: playing the same old game, same old maps over and over.

It’s pretty obvious that you are bitter towards 343 and MCC. I agree that it would be fairly simple to put this playlist into the hopper but they aren’t focused on H4. They are looking toward the future with MCC and H5. “They are playing it safe and giving people what they want.” Are you saying this is a poor choice? Game companies could learn a thing or two from 343’s approach. They are doing some serious fan service by keeping the elements of these games authentic while also introducing remastered versions of the classics. It’s an incredible vector for nostalgia that you’re going to miss out on. You need the step up and realize that you have to upgrade your obsolete hardware or be left behind.
