Been like this for two weeks, and my other thread just had “We are Investigating”
I am used to being able to troubleshoot problems, but as i do not have any experience in Apps, are there any troubleshooting methods i could do to help?
I have tried everything short of re-setting my OS.

This is a serious problem. Are there any registry keys that would be tied to Smartglass?

If you want general information on Smartglass troubleshooting, then General Discussion may be a better fit for this thread. It could also help prevent it from getting buried under other discussions.
