Super bounces are virtually impossible in H2A. The suggestions I am going to make should make it possible again (and I think should be only applied to custom game modes).
The working theory right now is that the original H2 ran at 30 fps and the game code had it check every frame for a collision. The game is still checking for a collision at every frame even at 60 fps. This has cut our time to successfully super bounce in half. So I think there are a couple ways to fix this. One being simply have an option in custom games to force 30 fps. Another is to change collision detection from once every frame to once every two frames.
Anyone else have any ideas or theories?
