Myself and some friends are looking to join a spartan company / clan together. Our group is comprised of 7 - 10 players, of which 5 are active daily. Our KDRs range from high (myself at 1.7) to low (some in the 0.6 range). However, we are good team players together, and do well in objective based games by playing our roles.
We are looking for a highly active company so that we have full groups when we play. We want to contribute to the success of the company.
Things we are looking for in the company:
Some competitive approach, but still fun and casual: We love to win, but we also want to have fun doing it. We are hoping to find a group that does not pressure for high stats or “requirements”. The game should be about having fun as a team.
The majority of us play Warzone, but a few of us our competitive in Arena as well.
We LOVE and want MORE Custom Games! If we can get groups together for fun and crazy custom games, or even competitive training customs, that would be awesome.

Another UPDATE: As you can see on my profile, I already have Achilles. That is not a selling point to me. I did not want to grind for it and I really didn’t care that I got it. Me and my group are interested in competing, winning and team work. Not grinding for pixels.

You may be interested in Starside Base. We’re a well established, mature group with a lot of longtime members. We’ve been around and active for over 5 years. I think we fit your social and fun yet we like to win description and we also have a lot of different skill levels (I’m personally like 1.1, so pretty average, but we run the gamut). I really think my clan, Outcast Reborn, might be a great fit for your group. We are comprised of over 60 active members and I really know and believe that we provide that competitive, yet still casual and fun atmosphere that you were talking about. We like all facets of Halo and are definitely looking to get more people to play custom games with. They definitely are the best. What? Since when does being a large clan mean you have to be faceless? There are plenty of large clans that have very active members that are constantly forming parties. When difference does it matter about how many people I can play with at one time? It’s called being part of an active community, so that you always have someone to play with. That’s how that works.
And why would I bring 10 members to a clan of 5 people? At that rate, I’m better off starting my own clan with my own mission, goals, direction, etc.

We are a top notch team for arena/warzone
Main members drop 20-50 Kills per game.
Always have a spot as long as you stay, we use KiK or GroupMe to party up also so can just ask who’s on and get in a game quicker.
We don’t overload with mass members because then as most teams you won’t see half your teammate and leader has no reason to keep you if a member if they hardly know you. If looking for a real long term team with more known competitors feel free to join.

Invited you check us out we actually like a decent size group so we can always party up not 40+ members and no one ever meets half the team. We just give the option choice is yours thanks. We will be back full-time after X Games.
