This is no longer an issue for my company, but when we took on members of another company they “lost” all of their previous progress towards the Achilles commendations.
At the time I thought it would have been amazing if there was a function for Company “mergers” for groups under ~10 to consolidate their progress, as I’m sure a number of people are attached to companies they founded with a small group of friends, or are loath to give up the progress they personally have sweat towards.
I don’t know if the Company Commendations for Achilles is a one-off endeavor, but allowing mergers might be something to consider in the future.
I am in a company and we’ve had a few requests to absorb very small companies. Just reach out to Companies who aren’t full, and send the names of your active members for invite! Most of them will be in the same situation you’re in and "should’ be glad to help.
I think we’re full at the moment, but are constantly scanning for inactives. Feel free to add me, I plan on checking our activity levels in depth this weekend.

No worries - had no other way to make this idea public, or to see how many others had similar thoughts. Rather a moot point at this stage, but who knows what threads 343 employees draw inspiration from.
