slow turn bug VS intended aiming system

i have been on these forums and seen all types of complaints and one of them is aiming. it has been confirmed that there is a controller software bug that makes the aim slow and overall unusable i have experienced this before and i have let my controller update and it has gone away some people still have it and the fix is coming. now for the intended aiming system. no its not broken. no its not “wonky” (ugly -Yoink- word). you know when your shooting at a target perfectly fine and he moves and you suddenly veer off into the distance really fast trying to lock on again? well if you keep your reticle in a tight circle it will move slower than what you do on the outer circle. once you move out the smaller circle aim acceleration kicks in and it moves faster. this is ment for you to keep your aim steady but when you need to the aim acceleration helps you snap to another target very quickly. this aiming system rewards players who can keep calm and move the stick VERY VERY slightly. this separates the men from the boys to the panic to the calm. this is honestly a “git gud” scenario and nothing more im sorry to say. again the slow turn bug is separate from how the aiming intendeds to work. and no the new update did not change anything either as i have updated and it works the same as before. im sick and tired of people not taking the time to learn and practice. they instead complain and moan and blame the game when its themselves that need work.

The aiming changed from the beta, 343i has said this and the owner of XiM has come out and said that the aiming mechanics are for a lack of a better term screwed up and even offered 343i a fix for them.

I do however understand what you are trying to say about the small inner circle being for precision and the wider outer circle being for swiping to target, I get that I honestly do
However large dead zones and a messed up aim acceleration makes this very hard for your average player (myself included as I seem to be having a hard time with it)

I (personally) would like to see the aiming mechanics go back to how they were in the beta, the beta felt more smooth to me for what ever reason

In the beta my first few games were god awful took me about 6 games to find my stride and then I started cleaning up, the final release of H5 has changed that aiming mechanic from the beta, and myself and a lot of others are having a hard time adjusting to this new “intended aiming” you’ve mentioned

So, if this is the way the aiming is intentionally designed, my next question is
As someone who (at least from your words) has a strong grasp on H5’s aiming mechanic, what advice, help could you give someone like me who is admittedly struggling
