During the infinite campaign they keep talking about how everything is a loop that keeps repeating. It almost looks like the grave mind did the same thing to cortana that it did to the Didact and we ended up with a iso cortana and an ur cortana. Why do you guys think?

maybe. It would be interesting, another thread brought up a idea that the precursors simply used the flood as a test and punishment. a test for humanity and a punishment for the forerunners. so it would be interesting that it did what it did to Cortona to make her into a sort of new test for humanity.
after completing the story of infinite and listening to the forerunner audio logs I can see another repeat. the monitor of zeta halo said the forerunners did not fear the flood the most but feared becoming slaves to something they were formerly the masters of.
It would be interesting if Cortona made her choices not because of the flood or some rampancy but because she made a cold calculation like Halsey did when she created the Spartans. That in order to create utopia she was willing to take over the galaxy and kill entire races. it is a common occurrence even in real life. That those who chase utopia always create dystopias as we are imperfect beings and can never attain such a state.

It is a similar scenario. Though it makes me curious on how Offensive and Mendicant Bias will interact with the current state of Humanity and the galaxy…also being The Endless have been released.
