Slight Input Lag?

Curious if anyone else experiences this? It’s mostly on forge maps with lots of items, but there’s a slight delay when aiming, it kinda feels like your ‘dragging’ the reticle around. It’s hard to notice, and people who don’t play alot won’t even notice it, but I’ve noticed it since H3 on Foundry. It’s not my TV, I use a viewsonic monitor I actually got years ago after it being recommended on the MLG forums. Wondering if I should use a wired controller or if this is just part of the game. Also, does anyone know if any wired controllers work with the chat headsets? The only ones I find are 3rd-party and therefore don’t have the USB connection for the chat.

It also appears on most maps after a few minutes of play. Noticed in on Regret, started the game and it felt fine but after ~5 minutes it began to kick in.

Its only on forge maps with lots of stuff? well then its simply the map you are playing on, you won’t have a problem anywhere else like arena or something.

Well I said I feel it on other maps too, but I’m assuming it’s just the fact that I’ll have to deal with it, it’s just the way it is for the game to run the way it’s running, I doubt it’s just me but everyone’s probably just so used to it now because the last time it didn’t happen was H2.

hm, if you notice the input lag a wired controller would help

Yea I was just viewing this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/halo/comments/3xcckl/halo_5_controller_input_lag_on_xbox_one/ and it explains it pretty well basically as other people seem to experience it. I think I’ll just have to get used to it.

I’m fairly competitive, and I haven’t noticed any input lag. Plus I have a terrible TV that would only add to it.
