What happened to good old fashion slayer. The one that I have been playing since Halo CE. I want the slayer where there are weapons lying around the map not just this lets drop a power weapon every so often. I don’t want any type of slayer with ‘infinity’ next to it or ‘pro’ where I don’t my radar. I just want slayer plain and simple. This is pretty much my only complaint about Halo 4 cause everything else is amazing I’m just opened 343 reintroduce my favourite game type in the future.
i think that they should bring the old traditional slayer back as well. maybe have both available and see which one is more popular? that way they can see if it’s better to go with the new or with the old.

This game needs a straight up slayer playlist. Static PWs and spawn weapons that are on the map. Respawn time. Radar.
Keep everything else that is H4. Custom classes. Perks. All that. Just get rid of the random PWs, ordinance and instant respawn.
Instant Respawn has destroyed traditional slayer just as much as the removal of set power weapon spawns. It will have to go as well if there were ever a “classic” playlist, which I highly doubt there truly will be.
