Slayer should've been a separate playlist

I understand this is a “beta”. But despite that there is hundreds of thousands playing, but there’s just three playlists (BTB, ranked and quick match) but all gametypes are mixed in each. I keep getting slayer-related challenges and yet I have literally only gotten slayer ONCE in the last TEN games I’ve played, see the problem here? (Specifically I’ve gotten Oddball, One-flag, Strongholds, Total control, stockpile, stockpile, ctf, stockpile, slayer, strongholds. In that order.)

Whats worse, people arent even taking objectives seriously half the time and I bet its because theyre focusing on the match as if its slayer.

Make  Slayer  Separate.

What they need to do is bring back the Match Composer from Halo MCC, so you can queue for what you actually want.
If queue times become a problem, then just add a fill in system. Queue to fill in for a game that needs players, get extra XP.

I really don’t understand why they went back to playlists when the match composer is superior in every way.

guessing becuase it a beta and not out until dec 8th?

the halo 5 beta had more playlists than this, and this beta has MTX’s.

Its not a beta in the traditional sense, it’s just a somewhat early release. Theres really no excuses to the lack of options

I agree, I guess due to the sheer amount of content in MCC they just couldnt find a proper middle ground (which is partially true, socials/ranked before that update was a hassle)

Not to mention, they broke Team Slayer into 2 sub-modes; one for AR starts, one for BR starts. I really hope the FULL launch of this game brings that back. People were mixed when that change was first announced, but it’s become pivotal to my gameplay experience. Whereas right now in Infinite Quickplay is mostly AR starts and I’m bored out of my mind.
