Slayer ranking must be broken. In my 10 qualifying games i got a 1.8 something K/D and a 70% win percentage yet i got ranked in gold 6, the most confusing thing is i played against people who had done 10 games got a 0.9 K/D and a 40% win percentage and they got ranked platinum. Before anyone says the rank of the players you play against determines your rank it cant be because i won 4 games against diamond players. Finally my mate played his 10 team arena games got a 1.2 K/D and a 70% win percentage (worse than my slayer) and he got ranked diamond. If anyone has any clue about why this happened please tell me thanks.
Your previous season ranks are also a factor in each playlist. and each season your slayer has gotten slowly better. If you don’t choke. You’ll prob place Plat next season.

Yeah I already looked myself and edited my first post. But your ranks are HEAVILY determined by a combo of your previous season rank and who you are winning/losing against. So you’ve had solid placements and Gold 6 seems low, but its higher than your last seasons placing so the system is at least working to a degree. I’ve had issues with it myself. Preseason Swat I was diamond, January I played my placements with a friend who was only plat. Went something like 9-1 averaging like 18-20 kills a game. And it gave me Plat, I wasn’t happy lol. But I grinded back up to diamond. And now this season I did my placements alone and it placed me back in Diamond. So for the most part the system actually DOES work. But it’s got its quirks
