Today I got a chance to play Slayer Pro, and may I say 343 you did a great job, I believe it was in the game at launch for a while (I may be mistaken) but I never got a chance to play it.
I like sprint, it could of been a staple in the franchise since Halo 3 I guess, it’s nice to see it in this
The precision loadouts are nice, I can use my Light Rifle at will
I think it could benefit from a separate playlist but hey it’s still nice to have and weapon tuning ought to make it better, once weapon tuning hits I’m happier that it’ll be more like Halo without the DMR destroying everything (unless my Light Rifle bolts hit their face first)

i forgot to mention radar, it would be nice to have in BTB Slayer pro
Did you play it in IS or BTIS? If it was BTB, how do the vehicles play now?
I do NOT wish to play Slayer Pro & I should NOT be forced to by getting JiP in BTB
If I want to play a game with no radar I would go to SWAT or Snipers!
My DNF is going to shoot thro the roof with this stupid addition as it should have its own PlayList for those that want to play it!
Also why is Slayer Pro 2 outta the 3 map choices?
Why is 343 trying to make us play this game type?

Slayer pro is so awesome in this game! Gonna play IS and BTB alot more now. Thanks 343! With every update you guys keep making this game better. It’s now far superior than it ever has been and will be WAY better than even now after the weapons update.

SOOO much better. No plasma pistols and plasma grenades in loadouts FIXES vehicular combat.
I love that they added slayer pro but I really hate having no radar. No radar gametypes were alright in previous halo games when there was no sprint. The combination of sprint and no radar is ridiculous though. I feel like I have to play paranoid constantly turning around to make sure nobody is going to sprint up behind me and assassinate me.
Slayer game types are perhaps the most popular. Likewise, loadouts and specializations are perhaps the most significant aspect of this iteration of Halo. Why spend time and xp on specializations if the two primary slayer playlists undermine all that work? I agree these game types should be their own playlist, rather than dominating the IS and BTB matches. Now if I want to use any of the specializations I have to play objective games? Weak…
I just played Slayer Pro in Infinity Slayer today. OMG, it felt so good! It’s like I was playing Halo again! Now if I could find it in BTB I would be in heaven. 343i, you have my thanks for this one.
Big Team Battle Pro:
No radar
No ordinances
No custom loadouts
No instant respawn
Slayer is now by FAR my favorite playlist. Indescribably fun and awesome, especially on Complex.

I just figured out what this update is all about. Thanks 343, you’ve just drawn a player back into Halo 4.
Slayer pro is awesome! Also to clarify, slayer pro now is much different and much better than it was originally at launch.

It is soooooo much better than Big Team Infinity Slayer. The reason is because nobody spawns with plasma pistols and plasma grenades which doesn’t ruin vehicle combat. Today I actually got to use the warthog without dying within the first 5 seconds. I would trade radar for custom loadouts any day.
