Don’t be snide/sarcastic. Do you really think I just stand around with my thumb up my butt? I don’t sprint around because I don’t want to encounter someone and get caught raising my weapon.
No one in Halo 4 has a mic or if they do they are in party chat with their friends who aren’t in the game.

My friends suck at Halo, I don’t want to play with them and lose every game rather than some games. How am I supposed to meet good players to team up with if I don’t play the game (solo)?

If you really think Sprint has a place in Slayer Pro you are either a troll or do not play competitively. Please keep your casual Sprint in your casual Infinity Slayer.
Sprint is coded a bit deeper into the game than that which is why there are no options as such in custom games to disable sprinting.
TL;DR Deal with it.

I play with a team and I have no problems. Quit blaming the game and learn how to play it. This is not halo 2 or halo 3 this is halo 4. Learn it. Play it. Or get lost we won’t miss your whining.

Sprint with no radar is a joke. You can’t hear people sprinting when you’re moving or shooting.
ITT: Casuals who enjoy Sprint because it gets them easy kills.
Taking the sprint away in Slayer Pro would basically just make it Classic Slayer, Minus the Radar. Watch your back more, and where your team-mates are. You’ll know where the enemies are coming from.
Minus spawn times, death overlay, team overlay outside FoV (when they are shooting or taking damage), weapon pickups, power-ups, map control, static spawns, and pretty much everything that made Halo what it is.

Killcam, sprint, instaspawns, and -Yoinked!- spawning makes it impossible to avoid getting constantly meleed.
I get meleed more in one game of H4 than i did in my entire H3 career combined

Its mapped to a button on the controller. It would be incredibly easy to add in a toggle.
To anyone telling op to just adapt, you are the minority. There is no coincidence thay H4s online population plummeted and continues to drop. Its not a good game. You can blame some of that on CoD but thats pretty bad when an awful game like that is taking away literally half of your population.
Im here because i love halo. I dont play h4 anymore but i stick around here hoping for news of a desperately needed update. Fortunately the game has potential and can be good after a sizeable title update and a decent map pack. Theres no denying halo 4s maps are by far the worst maps ever shipped with a halo game
I think Sprint has it’s place, but it doesn’t belong in Slayer Pro.
It doesn’t belong in a Ranked playlist, either, which this game is lacking. Every game is a Social game.
Do you really think I want to JIP with split-screen kids who are losing 250 to 540 and have it count towards my TrueSkill?

Maybe your ears are broken.
Field awareness. If you’re tired of getting assassinated play regular slayer where you have radar. Part of the skill aspect is knowing your surroundings at all times. If you’re continually getting assassinated…well quite frankly you blow at knowing what’s going on.
