Correct me if I am wrong, but from what Ske7ch posted recently, it seems that they are making a Slayer Playlist with all the Slayer games in one. (SWAT, Fiesta, Slayer, Free For All, ect.) I would think this would bring up similar issues like now where you would have to play certain game types in a playlist, but not want to. It looks like they are trying to solve issues (the player base wanting slayer games) while putting an “infinite” spin on it.
I get the topic of Objective/Special games always end up with a dying player base or not enough players queuing for that type of game, but making players suffer a game type they dont want or having to be a bad teammate and leave just doesn’t sound like fun. Personally I would rather be able to go and play a specific game type, like just SWAT, and not have to fight RNG to get it. I dont have much time to play and would rather enjoy it playing a game type I want rather than be forced into a game I dont like trying to get it.
I just feel like this is so far off from Halos legacy of how the previous multiplayers were, where you could play what you wanted to play.
What would you all want? To be able to select the specific game you want to play, or have to play a multitude of similar games in a playlist with no choice on what you get?
