I can’t stand 90% of the armor designs in this game, and since owning this game from day #1 all I’ve wanted to do was unlock the Gungnir armor so at least I have something nice to wear when I’m in combat. This past Wednesday was supposed to be that day that I unlock the armor. My Slayer Master level was 4/5 and when I reached my 400th Slayer victory making it 5/5 nothing happened. No armor. Now when I look at my Slayer Victory level is shows 4/5 with 300/400 games won. WTH?
I’m assuming 343 can do nothing about this, right? Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, is there anything I can do besides win another 100 gamers and hope it unlocks this time?
I’ve never had seen that issue before. I’ve also seen people with the gungir armour. Are you sure you didn’t miss count? Maybe it will reset back to normal when you win another game.
Anyways I hope your issue is resolved shortly.
Slayer victory master does not require 400 but 300 to max out. Slayer victory requires 535 victories to max out. Slayer Victory (Halo 4 Commendation) | Halo Alpha | Fandom see here.

You need 535 total slayer victories.
5 - Novice
25 - Proficient
50 - Adept
150 - Expert
300 - Master
535 Total = Gungnir Armour + Slayer Emblem (Slayer Mastery)

What stumped me is the fact he has 200/300 on master yet has only won 400 games according to his stats. Where is the remaining 35?

Before i leave Halo 4 i want to unlock my favourite armor, GUNGNIR.
It and especially it’s CBRN variant were awesome and was what i wore on Reach.
I am NOT a fan of the MM in Halo 4 and getting tired of it/

Positive. I’ve been watching it slowly climb because I’m always playing with casuals. It was at 4/5 lvl then # of wins was 299/300. (thank you PulmonaryHeart4, I was wrong on this part)

You could always buy the Gungnir Pulse. I know it’s not the normal Gungnir, but still…
