Thought I just got my first perfection on H4 -

for some reason I didn’t get the medal? has anyone else experienced this?

It’s been moved over to a commendation. Novice/adept/expert etc… for getting them.

Why did 343 ruin the PERFECT pre-game menu system of past Halo’s?
Why do games start with uneven teams?

This is simply just another example of a video game developer either being inept or completely overlooking something that was a STAPLE of a previous game in the franchise for no good reason what-so-ever.
It’s happened before, it will happen again.
You’d think the people at 343 would be smart enough to at least keep the features from Halo 3 & Reach to Halo 4 constant, instead of removing something as awesome as the Perfection medal (and a great many other things).

EDIT: Sorry, my computer went loony. Instead of me retyping my whole paragraph, I will just say this: stop complaining, because your opinion is just that: an opinion. My opinion is that this is the best Halo game in the series. It will even feature regular big time updates and patches, unlike the passed games where it only featured minute tweaks. But don’t worry, child, your opinion will be shared by a few others out there who have it as well.

People like you are the reason developers like 343 think it’s okay to remove features that have no reason at all to be removed. Am I saying Halo 4 is a -Yoink- game? Not at all. I think it’s a wonderful Halo game and a great addition to the franchise. But that’s the point, Halo 4 should ADD to the experience, not SUBTRACT things.
Is it gamebreaking for there not to be a perfection medal? No.
But there is no excuse for it NOT to be in the game.
You 343 apologists need to check back into reality and get your heads out of your -Yoinks!-.
