Skulltaker: eye patch (CE) not unlocking

Black eye doesnt registerAlot of skulls didnt unlock instantly.
but instead they said “done! unlocking…” and im fine with that. Because they did unlock, after 15 min or an hour

but the black eye skull in combat evolved mcc. Wont unlock or say "done! unlocking…’
ive tried all difficulties and with or without skulls on. Ive even tried co op,

My Black Eye Skull for H3 isn’t working either

Its holding back 55g 5 for skull 20g for all ce skulls and 30g for all skulls / mcc
