Does anybody know how to turn off the skulls in spartan ops? I was giving it a try but I cant find a way to turn off the skulls even when playing alone
also how do I select heroic difficulty when Im playing online?
Sorry, 343 thought it would be a good idea to just toggle them on universally, so the people that don’t want them on still have to play with them on.
I’m not really sure, but there were recent threads regarding SpOps and the selected skulls. Unfortunately, there is no option to turn it off.

343i, cancel your -Yoinked!- up experiment. Part of the idea of having skulls in Spartan Ops was being able to select skulls in Spartan Ops, just like in Campaign. Forced skulls = bad idea.
It wouldn’t be too bad if it were matchmaking only (I prefer to play solo anyway; too much lag) but it affects customs, too. 343i gave us some -Yoink- about “not being able to separate the files” or such and such nonsense…
Seriously; first the SNAFU over the Champions DLC content, and now this. NOT HELPING.

OK I’m trying to get the “No One Left Behind” achievement (where you have to rescue at least one marine on “hacksaw” mission) and it is IMPOSSIBLE with the mythic skull active!!!
There is nothing I can do BUT BEG for these to be removed from (at least) that chapter, so I can get the *&%$ achievement.
Please someone… HELP!
