I just deleted my third play through because skulls and some audio files are missing, didn’t this game take a whole another year to come out, what did you guys work on, just the store?
I couldn’t tell you if Grunt Birthday Party skull is broken, because the window even after you place the power seed doesn’t ever work.
I got the skull on the tower, the one inside of the stump guarded by those Hunters, and the Bandana skull because Metal Gear Solid is freaking awesome.
For the grunt birthday party skull, I had the exact problem, until I realized I was in the wrong room. The room that didn’t open had elites and everything, but it is a decoy I think. Keep going a room or two and in that room, make sure the glass is in between two sentinel launchers.
At some point I’ll run through and pick up all the skulls I’m just not worried about it at the moment, but what did you do that you think might have caused a problem when you found the audio file or skull?
Did you listen to them immediately, or go into the menu to press play? Did you die when you found it or reload and the audio file is now unpressable?
OR did you play normally and the files just didn’t unlock?
Some audio files only appear until you completed certain part of the story or completed certain “sidequests”, also, there are some missable audios, so keep that in mind…
About the skull, maybe you are in the wrong room. After you placed the power seed, follow the mission and eventually you’ll get into a room with a window where you can see some elites inside BUT that’s not the room, IIRC the correct one is the next room that looks very similar.
