Im not sure if this has already been confirmed or not but will there be skulls in the Halo 4 campaign or something along those lines?
Also Just for Fun if you could add a skull into the game what would you call it and what would you have it do?
I think 343i hasn’t said anything about the skulls being in Halo 4. But I am sure they will. They were in CEA, I don’t see why they wouldn’t be in Halo 4 as well.
P.s: I don’t feel creative now, give me some time, I’ll think of something for a skull. 
As long as we’ve got Grunt Birthday Party and IWHBYD, I’m fine.
343 has stated there will be several collectibles and Easter eggs in Campaign terminals from CEA are returning.

I’d like to see:
Bandanna 2.0 - Infinite ammo for basic weapons only (Assault Rifle, Battle Rifle, Pistol, DMR, etc), power weapons and grenades would still have limited ammo.
Trigger Happy - AI spams their weapons, doesn’t make them any more accurate though.
Assassin - All enemies have active camo.
Super Troopers - Ally AI is extremely intelligent and aggressive, they also get a 2x health and shield boost.
Reinforcements - Twice as many enemies in each encounter (probably impossible).
Fanatic - Grunts (and other units capable of suicide attacks) will alway suicide attack.

Hope there in halo 4 though they were really good in halo 3.love finding skulls.

The things I would do if I designed aspects of Halo… Chief help us all…
i certainly hope they’re in halo 4 finding them in halo 3 was so much fun and im digging the cosmetic skull idea

all the grunts wearing plastic spartan helmets
I hope they are in!!
Down-grade: Each magazine hold half the ammo, save your shots.
Celestial: Magnum shots do twice the damage! (For Hale CE fans)

i think i heard this on one of their panels that there will be some hidden things in campaign
343 confirmed over a year ago that there aren’t skulls in Halo 4, but that’s not to say there aren’t the something similar. It’s probably one of those features that they consider to be Bungie-specific, like the Marathon symbol and the number 7. It’s not for them to use.
That idea of using a hidden option to play as your spartan in campaign sounds like a great idea. I’d love that.

Okay thanks, yeah something similar would be awesome but i understand what your saying that 343i want to do there own thing which is fine by me.

I’d bring back the Bandanna skull, Sputnik skull, and the original Grunt Birthday Party skull.
