So I found the Grunt Birthday Party skull in the Halo 3 MCC campaign and the achievement unlocked, but the skull didn’t. All I want to do is see confetti explode from a grunt’s head when I shoot it, but I am being prevented from doing so. How can I make skulls work? (I didn’t pre-order and I have no unlocked skulls at all).
