Hey guys, I want to see if you guys can create your own skulls for Halo 4 and if you want you can try to predict some that’ll appear in the game so go crazy with your imagination! You can even say what old skulls you want to have returned in Halo 4.
Grunt Birthday Party, and the IWHBYD skull are a must!!! I imagine the basic ones will be back. Like the boom skull (cowbell), famine, blackeye, ect. I do hope the Bandana skull comes back from CEA. I know some people didn’t like the idea of it, but it’d make solo Legendary less of a hastle. I still think it will be tons harder than solo legendary for Reach, which I managed to do. But it’d still be nice to have.
I hope its confirmed soon whether or not we have to find the skulls or not.

We do have skulls 
just look at the achievements!!! There’s an achievement for doing a level with at least three skulls on (skullduggery achievement). But there are none for finding them. So it’s uncomfirmed on wether or not we can find them. I’m sure we’ll have to, however they might come unlocked by default. (since there are achievements for finding Terminals and easter eggs.) But skulls are definately in!

As far as making skulls:
Gold Skulls:
Secondary Skull - You can only use secondary weapons
Fatkid Skull - Slowed player movement and lowered jump height
Unlikely Comrads Skull - Prometheans and Covinent will not fight each other in campaign and will band together as a single force against you!
Death Skull - In co op if one person dies, everyone does!
Powerless Suit - No AA’s or Shield regen… EVER!!!
Hostile Skull - UNSC AI soldiers will have a mind of their own and randomly attack you.
Heavy Arms Skull - Every enemy is heavily armed
Silver Skulls:
Flash Skull - 3x regular speed
Dexterity Skull - Campaign speed reloading
Overefficient Skull - Unlimited AA usage
Float Skull - 3x jump height, floaty jumps.

I’m not sure. But we probably will, they probably didn’t make achievements for them because people usually search for them regardless. While people don’t always search for terminals and easter eggs. Plus there is an achievement that requires some of them so people will atleast have to hunt down a few and as a result probably go ahead and find the rest. I don’t see why you wouldn’t have to find them, I’m sure you do.

A fast running speed or infinite AA use skull would be pretty awesome, could make some cool map exploration.

OMG YES. SPARTANs are supposed to be the ultimate bad “YOINKs” humanity has to offer. Infinite ammo would only one up the awesomeness for late playthroughs.
