I just picked up the last skull in order to unlock all the skulls in the game Achievement, but didn’t get it. I went into the menu where you activate the skulls and checked which one I needed, which was Malfunction. So I went back to Assault on the Control Room and went back to the same spot (in the air vent) and it wasn’t there. I remember getting it yesterday morning, but it says it’s still LOCKED. Anyone else experience this odd glitch? Any way around it rather than clearing my saved game and restarting from scratch?
The one in the air vent is fog thats why you allready have it. its not a glitch.
