It could be it. Remember that even though it’s out in the open, that lower platform can go widely unnoticed by the average player. I personally did decide to go down to it on one of my first playthroughs, hoping for something special. Maybe I’ll get it, eh?

hope its not another game where the skulls are supa easy to find and get, chad did say in this vid - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lwj1THQ7xaw that it was going to be hard to get them, some are easy to spot but hard to get and some are really hard to spot and get, such as hidden in foliage and greenery.

also i cannot belive i dident notice this befor, i have watched this vid like 20 times now, and thanks for wathing it once more time i think i now have an idea of where it actully is
if you go to 3:08 of that vid too 3:10 you will see a ledge that is not there on the original game, maybey its hidden in the foliage
Maybe they’ll have one or two in easier locations to get newer players started
You do realise that more than likely they will only be found on normal or above (i personally want legendary only, to give a great feeling of satisfaction when found) and that one vid may have beeen taken on easy, while the other was on a harder difficulty.

If they did hide I skull there I’d hope they’d be clever enough to hide it on the other side so you can’t see it while crossing the bridge from the start of the level so easily.
