So, the skirmishers in Infinite are not actually T’Vaoan but just Ruttian with feathers 
The skirmishers should be very different from Ruttian in their skin and facial structure and this is really disappointing to me because the skirmishers are my favorite alien species in the halo universe and they got em wrong….
PLEASE fix this 343…. Please fix them
