Does anyone know if Skirmish mode will be included in this game? I know there’s Blitz, but I’m talking about regular Skirmish from the first game, where I can set up a match against the AI and just play.

Well seeing the number of things 343 didn’t include in Halo 5, I wouldn’t put it passed them.

That’s good to hear. Skirmish was my favorite mode, glad it’s coming back.
I hope so, my internet isn’t the best sometimes and I pretty much only played skirmish back on the original.
If there is no Skirmish mode in this game I will be disappointed. It’s a staple of the RTS genre.

Can anyone confirm Skirmish mode will not require online connection or a Gold account to play? I am concerned because Skirmish is always listed under the Multiplayer heading.
I just hope they don’t ruin Skirmish Mode, like Gears of War ruined Hoard mode, with the online requirement.
