Yeah, we all know about the matchmaking problems, but custom games are way more functional (there are still bugs, but much more minor). Last night, my clan got 12 people together and we played various different game types and had an absolute blast. Add to that, everyone was communicating with voice and it really gave an experience that we were all hoping for.
Now, a shameless plug for my clan:
I help run a clan that plays CoD, Halo, and Destiny called the Original Guardians. We have a website, we have weekly updates, a weekly podcast, and we have group chats so we can all communicate and organize real time.
Check out the site for more information and see if we are a fit for you.
Hello, I am new to the Halo MCC but a long time halo player, as well as CoD and Destiny. Im looking for an active clan for any means of game play. Im active army and stationed in Germany so given time difference my play time is limited to any true commitments. But always down for a casual game.

You can add me if you like. I’ve got a mic, 28yo and from UK.
Good idea, but that doesn’t solve the game-breaking issues related to campaign co-op crashes, split screen frame-rate. I’m not trying to be snide, but it’s pretty clear to me that 343 have absolutely no intention of fixing the major issues with co-op/splitscreen. For that, there is no workaround.
It’s great that there is a workaround for matchmaking problems (clans/private matches). Your clans still won’t have dedicated servers.
