Anyone alese finds the skins look ugly? Its like in CSGO, where the item can be “new”, or “used” - in Halo Infinite skins look “used”.

Yeah I would really enjoy more coatings that are shiny and new and not battleworn

I like used/battle-worn skins, on the proviso that I get to choose the state of which they’re in. If I get a skin, I should get to decide how battle-worn or pristine it is, otherwise the system is just begging to be exploited, selling numerous versions of the same skin or padding out different battle passes.

Or what about giving us the ability to choose?

Offtopic: also let us choose max ping. I want to be able to decide if Im willing to play on 170 ping or not. Developers tend to act like if their buyers are children lately. Give the comunity all possible options, most of us have a functioining brain.

Simple example. Watchdog. No need to say more, if you’ve heard anything you know that 343 changed it from a pristine look to a very weathered and unworthy look of the 152’s who earned it.

I personally don’t really like the idea of shiney armor, very impractical. You don’t see infantry or marines wearing shiney armor. However, you also don’t see them wearing neon pink and black armor. So whatever, the more the merrier.

Doesnt have to be shiny, but also: why not. Like people mentioned, let the player choose. But they wont. I feel like Halo really wants to hold your hands and guide you through everything; even an option to choose max ping seems to be too complicated for the casual player.
