I think skins in campaign would give more purpose to the armor lockers for people who mainly play campaign, and would give campaign players a reason to buy store items. I’m not asking for spartan customizaiton, though that would be cool for the co-op when that comes out. I can imagine the biggest hurdle is performance optimization, but it would still be pretty cool.
I would like to up this topic and bringing attention to it. That would indeed be really cool. In fact after MCC I don’t understand why the game launched without this feature. I actually don’t mean important your spartan since multiplayer will have cutscenes for this. But at least like MCC would be great with guns and vehicles.
I’d like this but the problem is the campaign dialog and cutscenes are centred around John 117 as the protagonist, not the player. I skip all the cut scenes as I am not interested in playing as John 117. So it would be weird to see him in my Spartan gear because my Spartan is female; she is my avatar. They would have to give the player the option to turn it off.
I hope when co-op comes they allow us to play as our Spartans and there won’t be dialog etc. that identify you or other players in co-op as John.
Yeah I understand. I mainly advocate for guns and vehicles ![]()
