Hello, i played halo 4 on Seronje, until some payment option occurred and Microsoft support told me to make a new account because of the unknown error. Now, is there any way i can transfer that code or be given a new code because it was not my mistake. I contacted Xbox Live support 10 minutes ago and they said to contact you because they agree on my issue. I can give proof that Seronje is my account with a e-mail and password and you can check it out on Xbox Live. Please can support help me here.
I’m not sure if you can do this, as ownership rights can be a pain, I suggest trying to ask a Mod.

If I’m not mistaken, you should be able to transfer the usage rights of DLC to another XBL account… or perhaps it was for transferring to another console, I’m not entirely sure. Apologies.

Only console, regardless as long as you are playing on the same Xbox you can still use it anyway.
