> We’ll soon be highlighting and showcasing these 26 winners in an article on Waypoint. I would normally suggest that you be on the lookout to see if you’ve won, but the CSR Challenge was no walk in the park – if you’re one of the few winners, you know what I’m talking about. Congrats to those who unlocked the “SKILLS” Avatar t-shirt – we have no doubt that you do indeed have skills. You should wear the shirt proudly, and probably never take it off nor wash it.

The Halo 4 Global Championship offers this same avatar shirt just for registering for the event.
Wasn’t this supposed to be exclusive to the 26 winners of the Castle DLC CSR Challenge? We never even got highlighted in the news or on the front page of Waypoint.
Yeah it sucks that our reward is now available to everyone for free, but 343 ignoring my attempts and the other winners since the event reflects on the company as a whole. Any response would have been better than no response. It’s discouraging to have put so much effort into something and to be ignored in every sense of the word.
I don’t expect anything to come from this thread, just felt that it was necessary to offer constructive criticism. I invest a lot of time and effort into the Halo community and I expect the same from 343, small details like this matter.
It’s not available to everyone though.
I really don’t care. It’s a shirt for your avatar.
It was never said it’d be permanently exclusive to just the 26 players who got a high enough CSR in Castle, just that said players would get it as a reward.
If I hit 35+ CSR in Castle DLC and I found out only 25 other players managed to hit it, I’d be happy enough to know I was one of few.
I agree it sucks, but it was never promised to be exclusive forever.
I got Recon before Bungie made it publicly available and it kind of sucked, so I can kind of relate. I figured they would save the avatar-t for a date like this, though.
I settled for just the avatar tee since the interview never came. I guess I would’ve liked one or the other honestly. Now that it has lost it’s exclusivity, my efforts seem pointless. I’m proud of my accomplishment, but I wish 343 followed through with their promises.
Recon owners got plenty of attention and for a lot longer period of time than this situation, but I understand the similarities. At least people had to work for Recon in one way or another.

how’d you get it?
I think it was Bungie vs The World.
Halo 1, Halo 2, Halo 3 and Halo:Reach are good games, Halo 4 is not an “Halo” is like more Call Of Duty, I want Bungie back…
