343 can you fix soon the skilledbased matchmaking. it is straight not fun to get wreck by a player way above your skill. tell me you are working on it, plz.

Tell me something about it. I have had this problem for weeks already, it’s getting extremely frustrating.
This is also why i hate the FFA and Tactical Slayer challenges, since those playlist are dominated with the upper half of the playerbase, so you will always have to face extremely skilled players. I still do okay (sometimes postive k/d, sometimes negative), but it’s extremely frustrating if you need 7500 points, but you only can get 700 or so, so you have to play a lot of those horrible matches. Why o why is the playlist that is the worst for casual gamers the one you need to most points for???

i hope they will fix it soon. but the true is, they have too many thing to do. season 3 maybe haha…
Making sure that the majority of your playerbase is getting playable matches is also not that important ofcourse… LOL
I already submitted a ticket yesterday, and already got a reaction: “We hear you and we thank you for your suggestion regarding a fix for Skill-Based MatchMaking” and for the rest they are refurring to this forum…
To be fair, that is the quickest respons i have gotten from them ever… Not sure if that means they are taking it seriously, but we can only hope i guess. (the suggestion they are mentioning was that it needs to be fixed, i didn’t make any other suggestions…)
Keep in mind that it does take a bit of time for TrueSkill2 to find your rank.
Placement games are supposed to be a bit volatile. You will get some tough games (and easy ones) as the system finds your groove. And your MMR will be seeded from another playlist (which you may be better at).
If you are only dropping in and out of a playlist occasionally (eg. for a challenge) you can’t expect the SBMM to have an accurate finger on your ranking.
i totaly agree with you but after 197 hour, it shouldn’t happen.
One of the problems is that FFA is only slayer right now. So cumulative score is almost synonymous with get x kills. Now, if we had FFA Crazy King or something, that would be a lot easier.
