Thanks for taking the time to submit a ticket. The response you were given could have been better. Honestly I would push back slightly and say that you believe the underlying issue is not with the website itself but that the game is not communicating properly with the website and see what they say to that. My underlying expectations for them are to at least verify the game code and confirm it’s properly communicating with the website on their end to at least rule out the cause of the issue properly and confidently.

Maybe. But I also noticed if you go to MCCstats.com it actually shows the updated rank. So the stats are out there. Halowaypoint for some odd reason isn’t receiving em. Any idea on how to get a mod’s attention for this?

I have been trying with no luck it seems unfortunately. I DO know that the waypoint actually has the data, considering my rank indicates I have a 50 when I look at the skill tabs. However, when I attempt to view my highest true skill off my main service record it shows a 13.

Honestly I think Waypoint is broken. Sometimes my wins don’t even show up on this website. It’s not that great of a stat site.
Have we gotten any news on this? There are numerous other forum posts on this issue now.

I am hoping we hear something back soon. It’s been nearly two months since this forum post was made and we have not received any word. I would like to say it has been seen as other posts are receiving comments and this one is getting bumped up every so often. Also check your PMs.
